Once you are submitted, the final decision is made by casting and the production team, they choose talent based on very specific requirements and suitability for the project.

We actively submit our talent for suitable roles, provide industry guidance, and help you create more opportunities for yourself through professional support and career development.

No, you don’t need prior experience to join Walks Talent Management. We welcome both new and experienced talent. If you’re just starting out, we guide you through the basics of the industry and help you understand how submissions, casting, and opportunities work. What matters most is reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Yes, Walks Talent Management has a one‑off administration fee, paid upfront when you join. This fee covers the time and work involved in setting you up in our database, organising your profile, and helping you get established on the platforms required for submissions. 
In the past, we spent significant time setting up talent who later became unreachable, which is why this admin fee is now in place. It is also becoming common practice among agencies.

Admin Fee:

• $80 for talent 16 years and under
• $120 for talent 17 years and over. 

This fee is paid once only.

These prices apply to main roles, bit parts, featured extras, and background extras.

Walks Talent Management also earns commission from work booked:

• 10% for film and television
• 20% for commercials
• 10% for all extra work

To apply for representation, please complete the Main Application Form on our website. Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know if you have been accepted for representation.

We would love to give everyone a chance in this industry, but we can only accept talent who are suitable for our agency and the types of roles we submit for. We represent all kinds of people, different ages, sizes, backgrounds, and characteristics.
However, we can only take on a limited number of talents with similar characteristics. This ensures we don’t have too many people with the same criteria, and it allows us to give each person fair opportunities when submitting for roles.
